DMCA Notice
Callington County Fire Department respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its services to do the same. It is our policy to respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify our copyright agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notification must be in writing and include the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works, a representative list.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the user who posted the content and provide them with a copy of the notice.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.
Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated at our discretion.
